About Dudbrook Hall

Dudbrook Hall, was a country manor house and ancestral home of the Waldegrave family dating back to 1602.   During the 2nd world war the hall was given to East & West Ham to evacuate the sick from London during the blitz and to billet and hospitalize the RAF at the nearby Stapleford and Weald aerodromes.  The old Howard Lodge was built in the grounds of Dudbrook Hall in 1993 and tactfully converted the inside of the building to meet the care requirements of our residents.

Dudbrook Hall has character with no two rooms being the same, all we can say is you must come along and see it for yourself.  Have a look around our charming home and take a wander around acres of mature gardens and beautiful countryside views.

With its slow pace of country living and manor house look you could imagine yourself stepping back in time, however it is conveniently located just 10 minutes drive between Ongar and Brentwood Town Centre and all the great amenities.

St Michaels Homes are very proud owners of Dudbrook Hall and its Grand history, and we will continue to love and maintain this wonderful building for many more generations to come.

To see plans/information for the future development of Dudbrook Hall please see tab for Dudbrook Hall Improvement as we will be updating the page as soon as we have plans, etc.
