Join a growing company that really cares about its employees. We are committed to supporting staff to develop in their chosen careers.

St Michaels Homes has been very fortunate with its entire 180 staff members, some of whom have been with us since we opened our doors in 1991. We believe the reasons why staff stay with us is due to the friendly and fair relationships we have with our staff. We recognise that staff needs to engage at an emotional level with the residents, and that manager’s need to support them in this. Encouraging manager’s to move away from controlling leadership style to a more empowering and enabling one. This then helps connect more productively with staff and supports them to take the initiative.

Client Feedback

Would you please be good enough to offer my most sincere thanks to all staff for all the care and attention that was given to my husband John during his stay at Dudbrook. I am sure he was as happy as he could have been in his condition. I know he loved and respected all the staff. It was wonderful for me to see how much he had touched the hearts of the staff at Dudbrook. When my daughter and I were looking at homes to take him I thank my lucky stars we found Dudbrook.

I cannot mention by name everyone who was especially kind to him, so I hope you will give my most profound thanks to everyone.
